How was your weekend? Mine was all right. Friday night the bride and I saw the Indians not only play but win, 15-3, with a great performance by Shin-Soo Choo -- 4 for 5, 2 HR, 7 RBI. (Not a bad weekend for Koreans, in fact, between Choo's achievements and Korean-American golfer Anthony Kim's performance.) Had a work shift Saturday, hitting the Kent Heritage Festival and encountering the Matsiko Children's Choir of Uganda.
Sunday included cleaning the house, mowing the lawn and some kicking back -- watching tennis and golf, grilling dinner, catching up on some reading. Meanwhile, if you missed it, in Sunday's paper I had an interview with Eddie McClintock of North Canton and "Warehouse 13," and my usual DVD column. Top item is "Callan," an old Edward Woodward series.
As mentioned up top, the new version of "90210" is coming to DVD on Aug. 11. Full announcement after the jump.
