This July, BBC Video releases to DVD and Blu-ray Disc two highly anticipated science fiction series - Torchwood and Doctor Who. First, BBC AMERICA's highest rated show ever returns with Captain Jack Harkness in the thrilling mini-series event - Torchwood: Children of the Earth.
