More on Colorado and "Dark Knight Rises": A Badly Placed Trailer

When I saw a preview of "The Dark Knight Rises," it included a trailer for the new film "Gangster Squad," which has a scene of a shooting in a movie theater. Nikki Finke of Deadline.com called on Warner Bros. to drop the trailer, and it has Her latest report is here.
By the way, in the film, and contrary to Finke's report, there is more than one shooter in the theater in "Gangster Squad." The a trailer on YouTube with the scene at about the 2:03 mark is above (and has a promotional line touting a "Dark Knight" trilogy trailer):
