The result and recap, as provided by the show: Alex Papp, a Journalism Professor from Akron, OH walked away with $24,750 in winnings after looking at the ninth question on Wednesday’s episode of “Who Wants To Be A Millionaire.” Since Alex was still in round #1 of the game (question #s 1-10), he was able to take home half of his accumulated Millionaire Bank, which had risen to $49,500. If he had made it into round #2 of the game (question #s 11-14), he would have been able to take home his entire Millionaire Bank.
