If you haven't seen "Glee" yet and are just hearing good things about it (I like it a lot), the pilot is available for viewing on Hulu.com. If you have seen it, do you share my enthusiasm?
You can find my review of "Terminator Salvation" here. Not my favorite.
My column about the ABC and NBC schedules, with some notes other than what I wrote on this blog, is here. if you missed it, my column about the Fox schedule is here. The detailed announcements of ABC, NBC, CBS and Fox schedules are below.
Am still a little surprised by the results on "Dancing With the Stars." Shawn was a fine competitor, but I would have given the edge to Gilles. One of my "DWTS"-watching co-workers wonders if Gilles and Cheryl were just too sexy for some viewers; I also suspect, as I said in a previous post, that a younger and tech-savvy portion of the audience skewed toward Shawn. Your thoughts?
As I also said, this may be a good sign for Kris on "American Idol" tonight, since it has long appeared that he has the tweens audience sewn up. Dialidol.com has Kris and Adam in a virtual dead heat, with Kris slightly ahead. But if he does win, ability aside, I'm curious how much the show did to help him with the judges' head-patting patronizing of Kris at the end of Tuesday's performance show. Your thoughts?
With the end of "Idol" tonight, the current TV season will be done. I have a few shows to catch up on, then will be spending some time at the movies, watching some shows (especially on cable), launching another online project (still in preparation) and maybe doing summer posts on an old show. Anyone still interested in classic "90210"? I had just started the second season at the end of last summer. And am open to suggestions.
And one last "Idol" note: With the Cavs playing Orlando tonight, I may skip the "Idol" filler for basketball, then tune in for the results announcement and comment on it here. But things change, especially if the game is a blowout.
