Middleton and Elizabeth Pettit, provides what is described as ' a call to arms for all proponents of public schools.' I view their text as being more of a workbook for creating engagement among public school stakeholders. The book discusses the importance or relationships and customer service and this is really a message that can be appreciated by anyone.
There is a great deal to like with regard to this book as it delivers a large number of worksheets, report cards, and surveys at a very low cost. I would almost prefer to see this book as a workbook, perhaps the authors will create a workbook next. The authors pack a great deal of information and practical, useful content into less than 200 pages.To read more or comment...
