2012 MAC Football Media Day to be televised live on ESPN3
The Mid-American Conference's 2012 Football Media Day on July 24 at Ford Field in Detroit, Mich. will be televised live on ESPN3, the network's online service that's also available on tablets and smartphones.
All 13 head coaches will speak along with selected players from each school. Defensive lineman Roosevelt Nix and offensive tackle Brian Winters will attend for Kent State, while Akron hasn't yet named which players will make the trip to Detroit with new head coach Terry Bowden.
The event will air between 8:30 a.m. and noon. The MAC will be posting updates throughout the day via Twitter (@MACSports) and Facebook, and will be using the hashtag #MACFBDay. Any fans wanting to send in questions to coaches or players should use that same hashtag.
