Hamilton's quest continues
Kim Hamilton had an outstanding, All-MAC softball career for four years at the Diamond at Dix during her Kent State career. Now after only eight months of training to learn how to throw the javelin at the college level, Hamilton will participate in the 2009 NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships in Fayetteville, Arkansas next week. Hamilton, who is getting her Master's degree in sports management, was looking for an activity during her fifth year and it looks like she found some success that could lead to even more success in the future. Dave Carducci from the Record Courier has the interesting story.
