Kent State recruits to play in North-South Classic
Kent State football recruits Luke Wollet (Poland, DB, 6-1, 185), Mark Fackler (Kenton, DE, 6-4, 235), Phil Huff (Hilliard Davidson, OL, 6-3, 245) and Roosevelt Nix (Reynoldsburg, DL, 6-0, 250) will participate in tonight's 65th Ohio North-South Classic. The game is at Ohio Stadium in Columbus at 7:00 p.m. Tickets are $5 with proceeds benefiting the Ohio High School Football Coaches Association scholarship fund.
Wollet will play for the North squad, while Fackler, Huff and Nix will suit up for the South.
For fans interested in watching, the game will be shown on a tape delayed basis on Saturday night at 8:00 p.m. on SportsTime Ohio.
MAC ANNOUNCES BOWL AGREEMENTS - For the first time in its 64 year history, the MAC will have five bowl relationships, three primary and two secondary. The deals will last for the next four seasons through 2013.

DUMITRESCU FINISHES SECOND - KSU sophomore Diana Dumitrescu finished second in the heptathlon at the Drake Relays in Des Moines, Iowa. Dumitrescu scored 5,518 points to break her own school record.
