Orrville's Miller commits to Kent State
Orrville senior WR-DB Sam Miller orally committed to Kent State on Monday night (December 7), according to Orrville AD Kent Smith.
Miller was a Division IV first-team all-state selection in 2008 and ‘09. He plays wide receiver and safety for Orrville.
He went to state in multiple events in track and field last spring, including the long jump, 300 hurdles and sprint relay.
In other news, Indian Hill senior QB Sam Hendricks took an official visit to Kent State this past weekend, according to the Cincinnati Enquirer. Hendricks is being recruited as a halfback or wide receiver.
Hendricks threw for 1,129 yards and rushed for 1,487 yards and 24 touchdowns this past season.
