Can anyone spare $13
News today that the Ohio Soybean Coucil and soybean checkoff and the Ohio Soybean Association is getting a federal grant from the USDA --for $999,987.
Really?
Can someone spare $13 to make it an even $1 million?
I'm sure no one at the state level wants to appear ungrateful for what is essentially a $1 million gift.
But seriously USDA, if you have to, raid your coffee fund and make it a full million!
