Some of Cleveland’s most celebrated chefs will soon be serving up food inside Cleveland Brown’s Stadium.
Chefs Michael Symon, Rocco Whalen and Jonathon Sawyer all will have a signature food posts inside the stadium’s club level.
The restaurants are part of a new partnership between the Browns and food provider Aramark, which together will launch the Cleveland Browns Hospitality Group to provide premium dining services for the stadium’s club level, luxury suites and private events, according to a news release from the Browns.
Opening on the club level are outposts of Symon’s B Spot burger restaurant and Whalen’s Rosie & Rocco’s restaurant, while Sawyer will debut a new concept, Sawyer’s Street Frites, featuring the signature item from his flagship restaurant Greenhouse Tavern. In the suites, menus also will feature signature items from these restaurants.
Cleveland Browns Hospitality Group will also oversee catering for special events during non-game days, including private and corporate events, weddings and proms.
Symon, a Food Network Iron Chef, is a host of ABC’s The Chew and owner of number Cleveland restaurants Lola and Lolita, and several B Spot locations, including one coming soon to Cuyahoga Falls. Whalen is owner of Fahrenheit and recently appeared on Food Network’s Fat Chef. Sawyer is owner of The Greenhouse Tavern and Noodlecat in downtown Cleveland.
