Goodyear HQ in gingerbread
Chef Jared Post, who works for American Food and Vending at Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co., has created a gingerbread house replica of the new Goodyear headquarters building.
The building won't be up for another year and a half, but a confectionary likeness of it is on display in the company's lobby for people to view throughout the holiday season.

I'm am always going on and on and on about Akron Beacon Journal food section readers and how great they are, how much fun I have talking to them, and how nice they are.
Just to prove my point, I want to share something that reader Janet Harris of Stow sent to me. She was reading our special section of cookie recipes and noticed that we printed the Akron classic recipe for Kaase's Cinnamon Star cookies.
