Every year, at the Taste of Akron, I eat the au gratin potatoes from Fleming's Prime Steak House in Copley Township.
They are, in a word, decadent.
So cheesy, so gooey, just a plate of carb-laden deliciousness.
They'll be there again on Thursday, Chef Rich Tischler promises.
He also let me in on this secret -- he uses a combination of Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheeses to make those potatoes so yummy.
Now we all know.
