The Art of Cooking Morels is a new cookbook by Ruth Mossok Johnston, which is graced with illustrations from David McCall Johnston.
The book contains more than 80 reccipes for preparing the wild delicacy.
It's $29.95, hardcover from the University of Michigan Press.
