My new book is here
It's been a labor of love for the past two years and now, it's finally a reality.
My book, Famous Chefs & Fabulous Recipes - Lessons Learned at One of the Oldest Cooking Schools in America, has been released.

The book traces the 40-year history of the Zona Spray Cooking School in Hudson, now named the Western Reserve School of Cooking, through the many famous chefs who have taught there over the past 40 years.
There are 60 chefs and more than 200 recipes inside.
The lessons range from profound: "Think of cooking as an act of Democracy" - Hugh Carpenter
To practical: "Don't learn a recipe, learn techniques." - Michael Symon
To wise: "Keep your sense of humor." -- Cake designer Colette Peters
