The 2012 Zagat Survey on America's Top Restaurants has been released. It covers 1,578 of the nation’s top restaurants across 45 major markets and incorporates the votes of over 156,000 food lovers who dined out an estimated 25 million times in the past year.
Leading Ohio's list are Chez François in Vermillion, Boca in Cincinnati and ?Antibes in Columbus, which were ranked No 1 in their respective markets.
Rounding out the top five in the Cleveland area include Johnny's Bar, Parallax, Lola and Downtown 140 in Hudson.
The survey also showed that an overwhelming majority of Americans are in favor of restaurants being required to post their health department letter grades. In Ohio, 79 percent of those surveyed favored the practice.
