RIP Steve Turner, owner Office Bistro

By Lisa Abraham Published: February 3, 2014

There's a memorial later today for Steve Turner, owner of the Office Bistro in Akron's North Hill and Cuyahoga Falls.

So sorry to learn of his passing way before his time.

Here's the obit if you missed it in the Beacon Journal.:

Stephen TurnerStephen Turner (founder of The Office Bistro), 41, (he would not tell anyone his real age of 43), passed to his next journey January 24, 2014. He was a father to David; a son to James and Rosemary; a brother to Brad (wife- Dawn); an uncle to three beautiful children; a nephew and a cousin to numerous Turner extensions throughout the country and a friend to many, Steve's kind heart, caring soul and contagious smile could not be ignored. Born in Indiana, living most of his life in Naples, Fla., attending Pensacola Christian College and graduating from the University of West Florida, Steve spent his last nine years exercising his acquired skills in Ohio. Steve felt blessed to have so many who cared about him and he cared about. His attitude to the end was "Another day in Paradise." Funeral Services were in Indiana. In lieu of flowers, wait, who are we kidding, Steve would want flowers, lots and lots of flowers! We will hold a memorial for Steve Turner at The Office bistro | lounge on Monday, February 3rd, 2014 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the FRONT ST. location. The North Main St. OFFICE will close at 5 p.m. Monday and reopen Tuesday at 11 a.m.
