If you are watching President Barack Obama's inauguration today, and wonder what the First Family will be lunching on today after the swearing-in, here is the menu.
The menu has taken a few jabs from nutrition experts who note how the luncheon menu contains more than 3,000 calories, particularly in light of First Lady Michelle Obama's strong stance on healthy eating.
