Who doesn't love Betty White?
If Betty White is sweet, then the buttercream version of her must be even sweeter.
For White's recent roast by the Friar's Club, Cake Boss Buddy Valastro created a life-size Betty White. The 5-foot-2-inch vanilla cake was covered with buttercream frosting and modeling chocolate, and depicts White accompanied by an edible silver fox, in tribute to her love of animals.
The bottom of the cake features the Friar's Club motto: "We only roast the ones we love."
Valastro's team at Carlo's Bakery made the cake in just 24 hours.
Cake Boss' fifth season premiers May 28 on TLC. The Betty White cake will be featured in an episode later this season.
