Since Yocono's closed, I've been getting lots of requests from readers for the restaurant's Italian dressing recipe.
Actually, I got a lot of requests for it before the restaurant ever closed.
Unfortunately, I have never had any luck getting this recipe.
In the past, the owners would not release the recipe because they wanted customers to have to come there to enjoy it. And they also sold it by the pint.
Since the closing, it has been hard getting a hold of someone to ask for the recipe, but if I can, be assured I will put it here and print it in the paper.
