Jubilee wax is back
Every now and then I get a call or an email from a reader distressed by the disappearance of Jubilee Kitchen Wax. So I'm happy to pass along the news that it's back.
Pam Kueber of the midcentury design blog Retro Renovation reports that Malco Products Inc. has licensed the product from SC Johnson. Malco is selling Jubilee on its website, but only in cases of 12, at least for now.
You can read Kueber's blog post here. And be sure to scroll down to the perplexing '60s commercial in which a cross between a Stepford wife and a first-grade teacher discovers the wonders of the wax.
