Akron keeps charter issue
Amendment that would divert tax revenue to safety forces to be on ballot. For vote to count, concessions must be made

Akron residents will vote in November on a charter amendment that would temporarily divert school construction revenue to the city's safety forces.
Whether the votes will be tallied remains to be determined.
