Obama campaign opening East Akron office
President Barack Obama's campaign will open an office in East Akron Tuesday, which will be the campaign's fourth office in Summit County.
The opening of the East Akron office at 396 E. Waterloo Road will be at 6:30 p.m. The campaign opened an office in Barberton at 530 W. Tuscarawas Ave. Saturday.
Summit County Council members Frank Comunale and Sandra Kurt will speak at the opening of the East Akron office.
The campaign also has offices in West Akron and Twinsburg. Across Ohio, it has 70 offices.
