White Hat Management's David Brennan comments on U.S. Supreme Court decision regarding vouchers

A year after the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that Ohio’s voucher program was constitutional, the author of that program, Akron businessman David Brennan wrote a commentary published in the Beacon Journal July 3, 2003.

Brennan had worked closely with former Gov. George Voinovich and state lawmakers in the 1990s to craft the program, which began in Cleveland, and later expanded to other major Ohio cities.
