Rock Hall to screen new documentary on indie rock legends The Replacements in December
The Replacements are one of those indie rock bands that are still beloved and revered by folks of a certain age (oh, let's say 35 and up) and not to well known to many younger music fans who are listening to bands influenced by the Minneapolis quartet's great albums including "Let It Be," "Tim" and "Pleased to Meet Me."
Two of the band members are dead now (guitarist Bob Stinson and uh, replacement drummer Steve Foley) but band leader Paul Westerberg is still out there singing and songwriting. Most recently, Glen Cambpell recorded Westerberg's 2009 composition Ghost On The Canvas for the country legend's final album of the same name.

The proud graudate of Firestone High formed a supertrio with Ben Harper, and Dhani Harrison called Fistful of Mercy and released their quickly recorded debut album As I Call You Down in 2010.
