NO DOUBT offers entire catalog to concert-goers

By malcolm Published: March 11, 2009

Here's another nail in the coffin of the traditional record industry.

No Doubt is back after a lengthy hiatus and for their big Summer Tour which stops at Blossom Music Center on Monday, June 29, they are offering a "free" digital download of their entire catalog for fans who buy top tier seats (tickets more than $42.50) to one of their shows

For the Blossom Music Center show that means fans must buy either a $59 or $80 ticket to get the deal.

Here's what guitarist Tom Dumon said about the super-duper offer.

"Since the band is heading back to the road, we wanted to find a cool way to get people listening to our music and stoke them with a great deal at the same time. With this download its easy for fans to get psyched up to hear our music live once again and that rocks."

Here's what you get:

The Singles 1992-2003 (2003)
Everything In Time (B-Sides, Rarities, Remixes) (2003)
Rock Steady (2001)
Return Of Saturn (2000)
Tragic Kingdom (1995)
The Beacon Street Collection (1995)
No Doubt (1992)

"Stand And Deliver" (originally by Adam And The Ants) - No Doubt's first new recording, only available with this offer. The band will perform "Stand And Deliver" for the first time ever on Gossip Girl, May 11, 8/7c on The CW.

That's not bad if you're a huge fan (and if you pay $80, I assume you are)

Download code(s) will be emailed approximately 30 days before the date of the show purchased and will be good for 30 days after the tour is completed.
