Ok, guys and gals, I'm going to make this easy for you.
Take your smooth-R&B-loving Significant Other to see Sade (and John Legend) and you'll get laid.
It's pretty much that simple.
You may not even have to take them to dinner beforehand.
Your chance for a sure thing will come Saturday, July 9 when the African-Englishwomen brings her sultry, smoky voice and catalog of simmering hits to the cavernous confines of Quickens Loans Arena on Saturday, July 9.
Sade is one of the few artists who can disappear for a decade (she hasn't toured since 2001), seemingly drop back on the scene out of the blue with a new album last year's "Soldier of Love" and a new tour and have millions of fans waiting to add her latest songs to their "lovemix" playlists.
The low-key Grammy winning songstress (including a 2011 win for Best R&B Performance By A Duo Or Group for âSoldier Of Loveâ) and band (which is officially "Sade") puts on a good show that should have the couples-filled arena spooning, holding hands and swaying back and forth to "Is It A Crime," "No Ordinary Love" and "Sweetest Taboo" "Smooth Operator" and "Cherish The Day" to name a few.
Ohio Boy John Legend is coming of multi-grammy wins for his collabo mostly covers album with the Roots "Wake UP!" which garnered them Best R&B Album, Best R&B Song for âShineâ and Best Traditional R&B Vocal Performance for âHang On In There.â
Tickets for the show go on sale at 10 a.m., Saturday, April 2 and will cost you $149.50, $99.50 or $49.50. point your Interweb Googlemachine to www.livenation.com or call (888) 894-9424
It'll be worth it...really...
