Acme to hold Brew Kettle tasting
The Acme Fresh Market in Montrose in suburban Akron will turn over all its draft handles from 4 to 6 p.m. Saturday for a tasting of The Brew Kettle, an award-winning production brewery and brewpub in Strongsville.
“We want to partner with them to bring more attention to another awesome local brewer,” said Jon Albrecht, the beer buyer for the Akron-based grocery chain.
The following Brew Kettle beers will be available: Four C’s Pale Ale, Red EyePA, Strangeville Pumpkin Ale, Octoberfest, White Rajah and Black Rajah. A brewer also will be there to chat. Samples will be 25 or 50 cents, depending on the beer.
