Dayton History has unveiled plans to open the Carillon Brewing Co. next year in Carillon Historical Park, the Dayton Daily News reports.
Dayton History President and Chief Executive Officer Brady Kress tells the newspaper that the $2 million brewery will use historical techniques in its brewing. Heidelberg Distributing Co. is helping to build the brewery, which is one of four projects unveiled.
"It’s really thrilling," Kress told the newspaper. "With these projects, we’re going to be able to reach new audiences. Carillon is already quite eclectic, but these are four big topics we’ve really never touched on.”
