OH-PA Session Pale Ale -- a collaboration beer made by Buckeye Brewing in Cleveland and Rivertowne Brewing in Pittsburgh -- will be tapped and available on draft starting at 7 p.m. Tuesday (Feb. 18) at the Buckeye Beer Engine in Lakewood.
The tapping event will feature Buckeye brewer Garin Wright and Rivertowne brewer Andrew Maxwell.
The beer -- which is 4.8 percent alcohol by volume -- also will be available in six-packs (12-ounce cans) starting Friday (Feb. 14) at Cleveland-area Heinen's stores. Winks and Lizardville locations also will have the beer on draft next week.
OH-PA Session Pale Ale was the brainchild of Heinen's beer buyer Ed Thompkins. For more background about the collaboration, click here to read a previous story.
