-- The Houston Chronicle reports that Dogfish Head has created a beer using real moon dust. The beer, called “Celest-jewel-ale,” is made in conjunction with ILC Dover, a Delaware engineering and manufacturing company that makes NASA’s space suits, the newspaper says. -- Pabst Brewing Co. is putting the R back in Rainier, an iconic beer brand from Seattle. The brewer is restoring the red R atop the Old Rainier Brewery in Seattle's Industrial District and hosting a public party Oct. 24. "For decades the R served as one of the great Seattle landmarks," Dan McHugh, chief marketing officer for Pabst Brewing Co., owners of Rainier, said in a prepared statement.
