Blank Slate unveils plans to bottle
Blank Slate Brewing Co. in Cincinnati will start to bottle its beer beginning in April, owner and brewer Scott LaFollette says. The brewery opened last year and has been offering only draft beer so far.
LaFollette unveiled the bottling plans in a new blog post that also provides more details about which beers he will release this year and an update on a possible tasting room.
"First off, let me say that in a lot of ways it's been an amazing six months," he wrote. "The sense of accomplishment from actually getting this thing off the ground has been very satisfying. Everyone has been very supportive and so far the market response has been great."
