BottleHouse enjoying success
Cleveland Heights Patch, a news website, has a story about the BottleHouse Brewery and its early success. Co-owner Brian Benchek told the website that the original plan was to offer brew-on-premise for customers, but BottleHouse has been overwhelmed with demand for its own beers so that hasn't happened.
"It was always the intention to feather BOP out as the brewery grew, but we imagined that would be years down the road," he said. "It's just a matter of demand for our beer. We're very happy with the quality of our beer. We're just trying to keep up with demand."
