BottleHouse eyes May 1 opening
The BottleHouse Brewery, a new brew-on-premise operation in Cleveland Heights, will hold its grand opening May 1.
“Barring a tree falling on the building or something, we’re opening,” co-owner Brian Benchek joked.
That's the good news. The disappointing news is that there will be no BottleHouse beers on tap at first. The brewery hasn't fired up its own brewing equipment yet, but wanted to open now instead of waiting. There will be eight guest craft beers on tap to start. BottleHouse beers will make their way into the rotation over the next couple of months.
“Pretty excited. A little nervous,” Benchek said about the upcoming opening.
