The BottleHouse will soon be bottling. The brewpub in Cleveland Heights, which up until now has sold its beer only on draft, will offer its brews in 22-ounce bombers.
The brewery will launch with its North Coast IPA — a 7 percent, 70-IBU brew — and then bottle “almost everything,” co-owner Brian Benchek said.
"It's exciting," he said. "I'm really looking forward to it."
The bottles will be available at the brewery, Heinen's locations, Whole Foods and other locations.
