Brewzilla offers up "One Hop Wonder"
Brewzilla — the giant beer festival that concludes the upcoming Cleveland Beer Week — will feature a special treat for hop lovers. Fourteen craft breweries in Northeast Ohio made the same pale ale with one major difference in the recipe: Each used a different hop, the ingredient that provides beer with its bitter aroma and flavor. All 14 pale ales will be lined up next to each other at Brewzilla on Oct. 22 at the Galleria in downtown Cleveland, giving the public an opportunity to taste how a single hop affects the same beer.
