BRU hires brewmaster
BRU, the new brew-on-premise operation opening in Columbus, has hired Charlie Davis of Chicago as the head brewmaster, Columbus Underground reports. He had been working at several regional breweries.
“The whole concept behind BRU is education,” Davis told the website. “I have a passion for brewing beer and I think it’s hugely rewarding to teach people how to do it.”
