Chardon BrewWorks holds Oktoberfest
Chardon BrewWorks, a brewpub in Chardon in Geauga County, will hold an Oktoberfest celebration Friday through Sunday (Sep. 23-25). The event will feature German-style beer, including Kolonel Klink Kolsch and Matzenweizen Dunkelweizen; German food such as sauerbraten and weinerschnitzel; and polka music. A keg tapping ceremony will be held at 7 p.m. Friday and people are encouraged to bring their own beer steins for a beer stein contest at 8 p.m. Friday.
