Dogfish Head tasting in Cleveland
Noodlecat, a new restaurant in Cleveland, will hold a beer tasting with Donn Bichsel from Dogfish Head Craft Brewery at 5 p.m. Tuesday. He will pour My Antonia, Burton Baton and Raison D'etre. The beer will be paired with three ginza buns, which are traditional Japanese steamed buns. Tickets are $40 a person and can be purchased online at www.beersandbuns.eventbrite.com.
