Four String Brewing Co., a production brewery in Columbus, is building a tasting room. Owner and brewer Dan Cochran hopes to open within the next two months.
The tap room will be small — only about 400 square feet. “Small and truly rock and roll inspired,” Cochran, the bassist with the band Big Back 40, said in an email.
He expects to offer four or five beers on draft and be open three or four days a week at first. There also will be food trucks and free tours, he said.
Although the tasting room isn't open yet, Four String does sell growlers during limited hours. For those hours, click here.
