Full Pint doing "Best Craft Beer of 2012" poll
The Full Pint website is doing an online poll to find the "Best Craft Beer of 2012." The poll features only beers that were introduced last year.
There's one Ohio brew among the 50 choices. That honor goes to Hoppin' Frog Hopped-Up Goose Juice Rye IPA. Brewery worker Elmer Steingass developed the recipe as a homebrew, and owner and brewer Fred Karm thought it was so good that he decided to brew and sell it. Hoppin' Frog Brewery is located in Akron.
As of Wednesday afternoon, Pipeworks Citra Ninja led with 933 votes. Meanwhile, Goose Juice had 51 votes. To see the full poll or vote, click here.
