Indigo Imp opens tasting room
Indigo Imp Brewery in Cleveland has opened a tasting room. Owner and brewer Matt Chappel built a small wooden bar with four seats. There's also a small couch area.
The tasting room is open from 2:30 to 5:30 p.m. Fridays only. If there's more demand, the hours and days may expand, Chappel said.
You can sample all of the Indigo Imp beers and also special cask ales. Indigo Imp plans to have two casks available all the time. It's definitely interesting to sample the regular beer and then the cask version side by side.
"We're excited to serve cask beer," Chappel said.
