MadTree, Fifty West profiled in Enquirer
The Cincinnati Enquirer has a story profiling two new Cincinnati breweries: MadTree and Fifty West.
MadTree made its big debut last weekend at the Cincy Winter Beerfest. “We’re really happy with the quality of the first batches, and although there will be some tweaking it won’t be a substantial change to the beer,” co-owner Brady Duncan told the newspaper.
Meanwhile, Fifty West opened in December. “All in all we have between 12 to 18 different beers on tap, all brewed in house,” co-owner Bobby Slattery said. “Over the course of the year we will brew up 40 different styles.”
Double Barrel Brewery -- another new Cincinnati brewery -- also made its debut at the beer festival. It isn't mentioned in the newspaper article, though. To read the full story, click here.
