Ohio entrepreneur develops Hops Drops
A Lakewood woman has invented a way to boost the flavor of cheap beer. Mickie Reinhart has created Hops Drops, seven flavored liquids such as coffee, blueberry and chocolate that can be dumped in lighter lagers. "If you're drinking the cheap beer, why not make it a little tastier?" Reinhart told WKYC-TV. Hops Drops aren't intended for more flavorful or darker craft beers -- just lighter American lagers.
