The fourth annual Big Tap In beer festival is Saturday (April 20) in Boardman. The event, held at the Shepherd Event Center, is billed as the largest craft beer fest between Cleveland and Pittsburgh.
The festival features nearly 250 beers, ciders and meads from more than 75 breweries, cider makers and meaderies. The VIP session, which begins at 1 p.m., is sold out. General admission tickets are $48. The regular session begins at 3 p.m. Proceeds benefit the nonprofit Making Kids Count.
