Table 45, the restaurant in the InterContinental Hotel Cleveland, will host a five-course beer dinner at 6 p.m. Dec. 12 featuring Great Lakes Brewing Co. The dinner was designed by American Culinary Federation Chef of the Year and Table 45 chef de cuisine Eddie Tancredi.
“We’ve created a special menu that reflects Table 45’s World Cuisine and complements the diverse blend of Great Lakes beer offerings,” Tancredi said in a prepared statement. “We’re thrilled to work with Great Lakes Brewing Co. to not only serve our guests a great meal, but to educate them on how to select the best beer pairings to complement the flavors in their holiday cuisine.”
The dinner will feature tortilla soup with Eliot Ness Amber Lager, grape terrine with Dortmunder Gold, BBQ oyster with Burning River Pale Ale, braised beef short rib with Christmas Ale, and pecan tart with Blackout Stout.
