The Brew Kettle partners with investment group
The Brew Kettle owner and original brewer Chris McKim is making the transition to the title "founder." He confirmed in a post on the Beer Advocate website that he and his wife Pam have entered into a partnership with an investment group that plans to update the brewpub and franchise The Brew Kettle name.
"I just could not financially do it all myself anymore and my time management skills had reached their limits," McKim wrote. "This is going to be a great improvement for customers, the dedicated staff, the business, our products and The Brew Kettle brand."
The Brew Kettle consists of a brew-on-premise operation, restaurant and production brewery. McKim, who couldn't be reached for comment, said he will manage the production brewery and Pam will manage the brew-on-premise business. I'll update as more information becomes available.
