Upland Brewing Co. from Bloomington, Ind., will hold several tastings around Ohio -- and in Kentucky just across the river from Cincinnati -- as its beer become more widely available in the state. Here's a rundown of the events:
-- Wednesday (June 19) at 6:30 p.m.: Tap Invasion at The Jury Room in Columbus. There will be five different Upland brands available and people can keep the glass.
-- Wednesday (June 19) at 8 p.m.: Pint Night/Keep the Glass at Matt the Miller's Tavern in Dublin.
-- Thursday (June 20) at 6 p.m.: Tasting/Tap Takeover at Liquor and Wine Warehouse in Dayton. Upland will provide "a crash course in craft beer" and samples of five Upland beers.
-- Thursday (June 20) at 8 p.m.: Pint Night/Keep the Glass at Buckhead Mountain Grill in Bellevue, Ky. The Ard Ri will be available.
-- Tuesday (June 25) at 6 p.m.: Launch Party/Tap Invasion at Tremont Tap House in Cleveland. It's the official launch in the Cleveland market with 10 to 12 beers on draft and swag giveaways.
-- June 27 at 6 p.m.: Burgers and Beer at the Party Source in Bellevue, Ky.
-- June 28 at 5 p.m.: Tasting at United Liquor in Florence, Ky.
-- July 1 at 5 p.m.: Tap Invasion at the Incline Public House in Cincinnati. Upland head brewer Caleb Staton will attend and provide a tasting of five Upland beers. The event includes swag giveaways, finger food and beer for $10.
