Weasel Boy Brewing Co. in Zanesville has announced the release of its Mango Wheat and Weasel Paw Pawpaw Pale Ale.
Mango Wheat was first released in 2009 and has been a customer favorite during the summer months ever since, the brewery said. At 4.9 percent alcohol by volume, the beer is a moderate strength American-style wheat beer with mango.
Weasel Paw Pawpaw Pale Ale is 4 percent alcohol by volume. The brewery described it as "an English-style pale ale that strikes just the right balance between bitter and sweet. It is brewed with generous amounts of Ohio harvested pawpaw fruit to provide a soft banana/mango flavor and rich fruity aroma." It was first brewed for the Ohio Pawpaw Fest in 2011 and also has become a summer favorite.
Both beers will be available through the summer.
